The warranty covers the following for all Silver, Gold Plating / Vermeil:

- Damaged pendant
- Damaged chain
- Stone repair: placement or fixes
- Tarnished jewelry
- Does not include stolen or lost cases

If your jewelry has any defects that is covered by the Premium Warranty, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly replace. Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All items must be returned before new products can be reproduced. Please note that the warranty does not cover lost or stolen cases.
