New, unworn items can be returned to Oak & Luna within 100 days of delivery.*Custom Jewelry- Every piece of custom jewelry is one of a kind, therefore, it will have 30 percent restocking fee.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team. Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. If you would like to cancel a custom purchase, the restocking fee is 30 percent of the total amount of the item. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Oak & Luna reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
