Standard Warranty
Every Oak & Luna piece is crafted with care - and we stand behind it. That’s why all of our jewelry (including gold, silver, Vermeil, gold plated, rose gold plated, and diamond pieces) comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Diamond products automatically get 5-year coverage - no need to add a protection plan at checkout.
If your piece experiences a material or manufacturing defect during this time, we’ll take care of it - either by repairing it, replacing it, or offering online store credit.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects or material flaws
- Broken clasps, chains, or settings
- Loose or missing birthstones (not from impact)
- Incorrect or missing engraving (as per the original order)
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches and fading)
- Lost or stolen items
- Repairs or alterations not done by Oak & Luna
- Damage caused by water or chemicals (outside care guidelines)
How It Works
If your jewelry qualifies under warranty, we’ll make it right with one of the following options:
- Free repair
- Replacement with the same or similar item
- Oak & Luna store credit
Processing Timeline:
- Claims are reviewed within 7 business days
- Approved claims will receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable)
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Visit our Help Center
- Submit your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps
⏳ Note: Once a claim is submitted, you’ll have 2 weeks to provide all required information. Claims submitted after the 2-year period or without full documentation cannot be processed.
