I was pleased with the quality and shipping speed for such a custom item. I wish the actual packaging was a little better like maybe an actual jewelry box instead of a cardboard one. My necklace chain came very tangled and took well over an hour to untangle it.

I really love this necklace but the letter a looked like an o. I wanted the other style but it didn’t work out so It was replaced with the Gatsby style which is very plain but you can read the letter even though the I and R runs together but my daughter likes it. I’ll just have to order something that’s spaced the next time.replacement took a month
