I ordered the Willow Drop Necklace with 3 initials in 14k gold. The item arrived in a reasonable amount of time and seems to be good quality. I mistakenly ordered a 16in chain instead of an 18in chain. I emailed Oak&Luna about my mistake and they told me I could exchange the chain. I was sent a free return label and the new chain was sent once they received the original. Very pleased and I would order from Oak&Luna again.
