Website was very professional but it was all downhill after that. Received email that my order had shipped, website said it hadn't. Next day website still said it hadn't shipped and I asked for updated status. The next day I got what looked like an auto reply saying my order has shipped and directed me to the tracking info on their site which still shows order has not shipped. I again asked for update as their site doesn't show shipment. I also looked at on site reviews and there were alot of negative issues during the holidays. The next day an employee replied with a tracking number, their site still indicated it hadn't shipped yet. Item arrived by promise date but not without significant angst on my part. Customer Service and shipment information needs alot of work! As an aside after paying over $400 for a necklace it arrives in a cardboard box. Presentation is important and shows pride in your product.
