Once the changes were ironed out, I actually got the order much faster than immwe anticipated it arriving to me. Due to the holidays and my request to a revision to what I wanted, I was tol that they wouldn’t even start working on it until after the new year. So imagine my surprise when it arrived just a few days later! It is perfect! And the customer service team was able to get the order submitted for three “names” —my husbands name, my name and our wedding anniversary date between our names on the chain. It is gorgeous and e actually what I wanted! When my husband open the package for me, I immediately exclaimed “it’s perfect”. While some initial confusion with the customer service dept, they really wanted to try to figure out what we were looking for, and did. Through that process, they always remained patient, polite and helpful. I would definitely buy again…, I am already looking at other pieces!!
