The product is perfect, but when I received the items I was not able to add them to any chain I had. I ended up having to take it to a jeweler to have them add the charms on to a necklace for me, which cost me additional money. For the amount I paid, I would have expected the charms to be able to fit on most chains. A disclaimer of some sorts would be better for those just wanting to purchase charms without a chain.
