How do I join? Is it free?
Create an account with us for free - you'll automatically be a member of My Rewards and receive 50 keys.
How do I earn keys?
You can earn keys for different activities like making a purchase, referring friends, and having a birthday. Check out the ''How to Earn keys'' section above to see all the ways you can earn keys. Keys collected from making a purchase will appear in your account 30 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns). Keys collected from referring a friend will appear in your account after the friend has completed a purchase.
How do I view my keys balance?
Sign in to see your keys balance in your account.
How do I redeem keys?
Approved: These keys are available to be redeemed for rewards.
Pending: These keys need to be verified before you can redeem them.
Cancelled: These keys will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the keys will change from pending to cancelled.
