The earring is beautiful. And the packaging is what one expect from a top notch company. But I have one other thing I HAVE to say, after I placed my order, I received a order confirmation, but I never received any other emails until I received an email asking “Did you like it?” No emails letting me know it had shipped, when to expect it, ZERO updates. The “Did you like it?” email told me to check my mailbox and was the only way I found out it was here. That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars for the rating.
